In the attached video, the song begins at minute 1:25.

O God of rain, O Lord
Water our western crops
O God of rain send two rains
The irrigation costs two liras
Children's voices:
O our Lord, O our Lord
And we are the little ones, what is our fault
We asked for bread from our mother
She hit us and broke our hand
Men's voices:
O our Lord, Lord of goodness
And hasten the thunders for us
O our Lord, Lord of rain
And hasten the rain for us
One of the men, upon hearing the sound of a rooster crowing in the hands of a crying old woman, said:
Why is the rooster crowing at night, o elder
The elder's voice:
Because of the lack of rain and the flood
Another man's voice, upon hearing that his mill contained not a single grain of wheat, another old woman, who is also crying:
Why are you grinding at night, o elder
The elder's voice:
Because of the lack of rain and the flood
The voice of all the villagers:
Sheikh Umayr we are asking for you, intending to talk to you
To ask for mercy from God
Sheikh Dabbur we are asking for you, intending to talk to you
To ask for mercy from God
After they had all wandered around the village and visited the graves of the two righteous men,
Sheikh Amr and Sheikh Dabour, dawn was beginning to break. They passed by the old woman who was grinding grain,
and one of the men asked her the question again:
Why are you grinding early, o elder
The old woman replies:
Because of the delayed rain
These songs continue to be heard every day until the rain falls. When the first signs of rain appear, the ululations begin, and they parade around the village with their torches dipped in olive oil, singing:
O Lord, water it, o Lord, water it
And water all our crops
