تقول النساء على لسان ((المتوفى)) المسجى أمامهن قبيل أخذه للدفن: يا رَبِّي صَـلِّي عَ النبــي الهَادي واكثَرْ سَــلامي عَ النَّبي الهَادي (اللازمة) يا رَبِّي صَلِّي عَ النبي المصطفى واكثرْ سَلامي عَ النَّبي المصطفى تَعالوا يا حَبايبْ، وَدِّعوني وانا رَايِحٍ، وما عُدْتُوا تِرُوني تَعَالُوا يا حَبايبْ، وَدِّعُوني وعَ طريقِ الحَبايِب، واقبِرُوني تَعَالنْ يا حَبايَبْ، وَدِّعنّي وانا رايحِ، وما عُدْتِنْ تِرِنِّي يُومِ العِيد غَسَّلِنْ، وِتْغَسَّلِن وانا الحزينِ، وما انقضى مُرَادي يا رَبِّي صَلي عَ النَّبي الهَادي واكثر سلامي عَ النَّبي الهَادي

The women say on behalf of the deceased, who is lying in front of them before being taken for burial: O Lord, pray upon the guiding Prophet And increase my greetings to the guiding Prophet O Lord, pray upon the chosen Prophet And increase my greetings to the chosen Prophet Come, loved ones, bid me farewell For I am leaving, and you will not see me again And along the path of the loved ones, bury me Come, loved ones, bid me farewell For I am leaving, and you will no longer see me For I am leaving, and you will no longer see me On the day of the feast, they washed, and bathed And I, the sorrowful one, my wish was never fulfilled O Lord, pray upon the guiding Prophet And increase my greetings to the guiding Prophet
